2. Sytem Set Up (International)

Installation
1. Download VPN GUI. You may refer to the right side pane under Essential Applications.
2. Install VPN GUI in your PC. Select a region when asked. If your region/country is not in the list, just select Others and finish installation.


TAP Update
1. Go to Start>All Programs>TsunamiVPN>Tools>Tap_Update
2. A command prompt window will open. Wait for it to close automatically.

Test Connection
1. Connect to the internet.
2. Run VPN GUI by going to Start>All Programs>TsunamiVPN>Other Network
For Windows Vista/7 RIght-click Other Network and Run as Administrator
3. A command prompt will appear asking for Username and password.  We will be providing this test account upon registration. Check your email.
4. After entering account, window will disappear and VPN GUI icon will appear in your taskbar as shown below.
5. Right-click the icon and select among [Tsunami].Trial.Server.##
6. A new window will open. It will disappear in not more than 3 mins. The icon will  turn to green and a balloon will appear telling that you are connected.

Troubleshooting
We will only proceed to this part if it fails to connect.

  • If the log stops in just few lines without progress, try different server.
  • If the log shows AUTH_ERROR, check if you entered the right username and password. Go to Start>All Programs> TsunamiVPN>Change Account. The first line is the username and second line is the password. Save and close after editing.
  • If the log says check system time, update your internet time by clicking the clock on your task bar. restart VPN GUI.
